As a Network Specialist with The JDI Group, you’ll play a crucial role in providing top-notch networking, Microsoft Server Administration, and Desktop and End-User Support. Your previous experience, a minimum of 3 years in network engineering/administration, will be invaluable in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support for networking infrastructure, Microsoft Server Administration, and Desktop and End-User Support
  • Ensure the security and reliability of our client’s systems through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Utilize your expertise in switches, firewalls, wireless technology, VOIP, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and remote access to deliver exceptional service
  • Support an array of Managed Service Clients, including onsite travel as needed

While experience with VMware, ConnectWise, and Veeam software is preferred, it’s not required. What’s most important is your passion for technology and your commitment to delivering outstanding results for our clients.
